Plug-and-play solution for efficient, data-driven marketing client management
AgencyRamp helps marketing agencies maintain all relevant client data in a single platform, facilitate collaboration across different teams, build customizable workflows, and enable client onboarding through a plug-and-play solution.
As a freelance product designer, I organized ideation workshops, performed market research, competitor analysis, defined user journeys, outlined key features, information achitecture, and delivered hi-fidelity UI (figma and v0.app). Scope of delivery was the initial design for the MVP.
Impact
Agency productivity increased by 20% through reduction in manual onboarding tasks, single acccess point for all client data, and enhanced collaboration cross-teams and with clients.
Consolidating data into a single platform and process tracking enabled integrated analytics that provide agencies with insights for strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Research study on the use of virtual reality for empathy-building in user-centered design
EMPATHYbuild is a VR experience that transforms user personas from textual 2D format into full-fledged 3D MetaHuman characters. The project tests the effectiveness of the metaverse and virtual reality in elevating user-centered design through enhanced empathy.
I led the project from research, design, and project management perspective throughout the whole cycle, involving research, conception, prototyping, testing, and evaluation. For the prototype implementation, I worked alongside two engineers from my team at SAP and delivered the prototype and research paper as part of my thesis student employment at SAP and as my Master's degree thesis at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.
The research demonstrated that VR personas have a potential to enhance empathy compared to traditional 2D personas, with users able to relate to the character and understand their pain points. The project is still used as part of SAP's showcases exploring the transformative nature of Metaverse experiences.
Visualizing energy consumption data in real-time via augmented reality
Showcasing SAP office buildings through augmented reality, visualizing energy consumption data in real time and giving guidance on how to be more energy efficient as part of the mission to promote sustainability at SAP.
As part of a dynamic team of designers and developers, I contributed to the project by being involved in design thinking workshops defining the scope, use cases, and tech feasibility, as well as contributing to research, conception, generating interaction flows, UI, and producing 3D models in Blender and Reality Kit.
Users can explore each floor by simply tapping on it. On each floor, they can view real-time data on energy consumption for heating, electricity, water, and cooling. This provides a comprehensive view of the building's energy usage patterns.

Overlaying digital holograms on the physical space as part of a meditation experience (mixed reality)
For an immersive festival at h-da (Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences), we developed a mixed reality experience for Hololens 2, projecting interactive virtual objects into the physical space supported by spatial soundscapes and sound effects that react to user inputs. The idea was to create a calming, meditative and augmented space with interactive holograms representing a magical garden.
As an interaction designer, I worked on defining interaction models, experience journeys, creating and animating 3D models (holograms) for the Unity scene, producing and editing experience trailers, and set design. I collaborated with a software engineer, music producer, and visual designer.
